Rib Movement Exercises -KaQiLa-

To remain healthy and free of disabilities, pain, or hardship, it is vital that we have a stable axis and the ability to control it. The thorax, in particular, forms the basis of our bodily performance (everyday movements).
When we turn over in bed, look back, extend our hands, walk, or wave our arms, we use the thoracic vertebrae and thorax. When we take in oxygen through respiration, we need to have a flexible thorax.
The problem is, it's not easy to "move" the thoracic vertebrae and thorax directly. However, if we move the ribs, which are joined with the thoracic vertebrae at 54 points, we can stimulate 108 joint surfaces.
KaQiLa allows stimulation of the 108 joint surfaces from every direction and angle by controlling the ribs, thereby creating a series of movements and flow that anyone can practice to enhance their innate bodily performance.
All of the movements are so natural that anyone can do them without any special effort, and they are extremely elegant, emotional, and beautiful in their expressions.
